Hehe Bat Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Introduction & Applicability

Hehe Bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates the website hehebat.net. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Platform's services. By registering or using our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Hehe Bat operates under a Curaçao Gaming licence and complies with international gaming laws and regulatory guidelines. Users accessing the platform from Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration

Accurate and truthful information is required when registering with Hehe Bat. Providing false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds. Each individual may only hold one account; if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all will be closed.

• The mobile number provided at registration will be verified.
• KYC must be completed using a National ID or passport before your first withdrawal.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long — including numbers and special characters is strongly recommended.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone. Hehe Bat accepts no liability for any losses resulting from such disclosure.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is prohibited.

Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete. This is for your own security — to ensure no one else can withdraw funds from your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Hehe Bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum single deposit is ৳1,00,000.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are made via the same method used for the deposit — contact Support if you need to use a different method.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Hehe Bat offers a range of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, Free Spins, and Referral Bonus. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once — claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts within the same household or from the same device will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bets placed using bonus funds will not count toward wagering requirements unless the odds are at least 1.50.
• Winnings from Free Spins are generally subject to a 5× wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Hehe Bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of any conflict between the terms stated in a promotional advertisement and these Terms, this document shall take precedence.

Participation in tournaments and leaderboard competitions is voluntary. Prize distribution methods and timelines will be specified in the rules of each individual competition.

5. Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on Hehe Bat, it is considered final. Bets may be voided in certain situations — such as a match cancellation, a technical error, or clearly incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.

• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Hehe Bat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• For cricket, bets will be void if a match is completed in less than 1 innings or 20 overs.
• Football bets will be settled after the official result is published.
• Maximum Win Limit per bet is ৳50,00,000 — the most you can win on any single bet.

Hehe Bat reserves the right to set or adjust limits on any bet. Additional verification may be required, particularly for high-value bets.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hehe Bat. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating fake accounts to claim referral bonuses.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time. Upon contacting support, the account will be closed within 48 hours and any remaining balance will be refunded — however, any pending bonuses will be forfeited.

Hehe Bat may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms.
• Identified as an underage user.
• Accounts inactive for at least 12 months — a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.
• Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy.

8. Responsible Betting

Hehe Bat believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We are committed to actively supporting the well-being of our players.

Every user can set deposit limits, betting limits, session limits, and use the self-exclusion feature from Account Settings. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the specified period.
